This system sends HDMI signals over a CAT6 network cable for a distance of 40 metres. The package includes everything you need for long distance HDMI: the transmitter & receiver units, two 1m HDMI cables (one for each end of the system), a 40m CAT6 cable, and 1 power adaptor (only one required at the transmitter unit).
