This 5.1 amp and speaker system features Australian Made speakers from award-winning loudspeaker manufacturer, Krix and Yamaha's premium AVENTAGE RX-A4A AV receiver. This system features the fantastically musical and dynamic Harmonix 3-way floorstanding speakers. A perfect match to the Harmonix is the 3-way Vortex centre speaker, with both speakers featuring a similar driver setup. Completing the surround package are the powerful yet compact Equinox bookshelf speakers and the Seismix 3 subwoofer with 11" woofer. Available in your choice of 5 finish options including traditional Black Woodgrain vinyl, or a more premium Real Timber veneer in either Atlantic Jarrah or Blackwood.

Krix Harmonix Mk2 Floorstanding Speakers
The Harmonix floorstanding speakers are equally brilliant at making movies sound amazing, but are also ideal for music listening.
These 3-way speakers feature two hefty 165mm (6.5") bass drivers in an extended bass shelf alignment, providing deep, tight bass. A dynamic non-fatiguing vocal mid-band is delivered by a 130mm (5") midrange driver, and lucid, detailed highs come from the 25mm (1") super audio tweeter with an extended frequency response up to 40kHz.
Producing a truly natural, all-encompassing sound, the Harmonix Mk2 features front facing ports which allow the speaker to be pushed up against a wall without compromising sound quality. They are also timbre matched with all Krix speakers for surround sound fidelity and come in a range of elegant cabinet finishes for definitive style and flexibility.

Krix Vortex Mk2 Centre Speaker
The Vortex Mk2 delivers vocal clarity, midrange depth and a dynamic bass response. The vertical arrangement of the tweeter and midrange drivers eliminates phasing problems if seated off-axis, ensuring even sound distribution so that every seat in the room is a good one.
Big, dual 165mm (6.5") bass drivers come with heavy-duty voice coils, wound on high-powered aluminium formers, while the 130mm midrange driver has an oversized magnet for lower distortion. The 26mm high frequency driver, with its wave-guide plug, also ensures controlled directivity.

Krix Equinox Mk5 Bookshelf Speakers
For a big sound from a small speaker, the Equinox Mk5 will astonish and surprise. With finesse and power punching well above its weight, it can be tucked-away while still filling the room with sound.
The mid-range and bass come from a high grade 130mm driver with a doped curvilinear paper cone, over-sized voice coil, and powerful magnet, while extended frequency response is delivered through a 26mm ring radiator tweeter. Combined with its bass reflex design, the result is an efficient but balanced bass sound with a revealing, detailed high end, performing well beyond the relatively small cabinet size of the speaker.
