This package features speakers from renowned Australian speaker manufacturer Krix. Distributed throughout the world, Krix is at the leading edge of loudspeaker design and the IC-52 (Atmospherix A20) and IC-50 (Atmospherix AS) in-ceiling speakers are no exception. The enclosed design maximises and controls bass response while keeping out dust and other ceiling inhabitants. Krix Architectural speakers are ideal for an out of sight audio experience. The 3 angled speakers are ideal for your front LCR channels as they are placed toward the front of your room and direct sound towards your seating position, while the direct AS speakers do the job of your surround channels placed more directly over your seating position.
Supporting the IC-52 and IC-50 (Atmospherix) in-ceiling speakers is the powerful Seismix 3 active subwoofer. Incorporating a 275mm (11") bass driver specifically developed for high-level low-frequency reinforcement, combined with an efficient and simple to operate 300-watt class D amplifier. Less than 1-watt standby power consumption satisfies the most energy-conscious consumer. Attractive non-marking soft rubber feet allow easy positioning and reduce unwanted floor vibrations.
Powering this speaker system is the Denon AVR-X1800H 7.2-channel surround sound receiver. The AVR-X1800H delivers the ultimate home theatre experience with 8K/60Hz pass-through and 4K/120Hz pass-through, as well as support for the latest HDMI specifications.

Krix IC-52 (Atmospherix A20) Angled In-Ceiling Speakers (x3)
The IC-52 (Atmospherix A20) incorporates a 20 degree angled baffle to project the sound to your primary listening area. This means less sound is reflected off walls and other surfaces. Your experience is clearer, there is a more three-dimensional soundstage, better definition for music listening, more articulate dialogue, and more realistic and involving sound effects in movies.
The bass driver and tweeter are separately mounted on the front baffle, like Krix’s bookshelf speakers, for true hi-fi performance. Bass and midrange clarity are delivered through a massive 130mm bass driver with a large magnet and copper shorting ring, while the 26mm ring radiator delivers high frequencies. A fully-enclosed back box optimises performance from the bass driver in any installation setting and protects from ceiling debris and sound leakage. Being tonally balanced to the Krix floorstanding and bookshelf speakers, the IC-52 (Atmospherix A20) are ideal front or rear speakers for home theatres, but also provide a dynamic stereo music sound.

With speaker components mounted directly on the front baffle, the IC-50 (Atmospherix AS) delivers a true high fidelity performance, and maintains accurate and controlled bass performance from the discreet in ceiling mounted enclosure. A large 130mm bass driver with large magnet and copper shorting ring delivers bass and midrange clarity, while a 26mm ring radiator provides extended high frequency performance.
The moving components of the IC-50 (Atmospherix AS) are protected from dust and debris through a fully-enclosed back box, designed to optimise the performance from the bass driver, allowing maximum controlled bass and consistency while drastically reducing sound leakage to other rooms. The attractively styled, slim bezel grille is made from rust-resistant stainless steel and snaps into place with magnets, making installation easy. Being paintable, these speakers will involve you in their sound, while disappearing to be heard, but not seen.

The Seismix 3 is a front-firing, vented subwoofer, and features a Krix designed 275mm long throw bass driver, developed specifically for high-level low frequency reinforcement. Enhanced geometry within the magnet structure increases linear cone travel by a whopping 30 percent and allows superior driver control, while the built-in high performance class D amplifier delivers increased sound efficiency with lower power consumption.
