Wireless Audio Streaming

Use the Audikast to enable your existing TV, AV Receiver, PC/Laptop or other audio source device to wirelessly stream music to your favourite Bluetooth headphones.

Conveniently power the device by using the included USB cable with a TV/PC USB port or a USB charger with 5V/0.5-2A output (not included).

Please note: the device requires power, it does not have a built-in battery.

Dual-Link aptX Low Latency Bluetooth Transmitter

Audikast Plus uses aptX Low Latency to reduce audio lag to undetectable levels (<40ms) making it ideal for watching TV/movies or playing video games. The Dual-Link feature also enables simultaneous streaming to 2 pairs of headphones.

Please Note:
i) For best results ensure your bluetooth headphones also support aptX Low Latency (aptX-LL).
ii) Conditions in which Dual-Link may not work as well - 2 speakers, 1 headphone + 1 speaker, 2 true wireless earbuds, 2 different brands/models of headphones.

Long Range Use

Using Class 1 Bluetooth technology and an optimised antenna, the Audikast can reach up to 30m / 100ft!

However, remember that operating range is affected by physical obstructions (walls, people), wireless interference (Wi-Fi routers, Wireless TV adaptors) and also depends on your receiving device (e.g. bluetooth headphones or speakers may have varying strengths of bluetooth antenna).

Optical / AUX / 3.5mm / RCA Audio Output Supported

The Audikast includes wide support for multiple audio output standards including optical audio, AUX or RCA, and even PC digital USB audio without the need for additional cables.

Please Note: Audikast does not decode Dolby/DTS - only PCM.

User-Friendly Interface

Clearly visible status indicator LEDs allow you to see when device is in pairing mode, when it's connected and what type of codec is in use. Independent buttons for handling 2 device connections allows for easy and intuitive control. On board volume adjust function can be used for many devices which do not have their own volume controls.
