Wallplate for TV Antenna & Network Cable
Simply install this wall plate behind your wall-mounted flatscreen TV for a professional-looking way of bringing your antenna and network cables out of the wall cavity. The ideal combination of connections for today's "smart" TVs.
Antenna Connection
The antenna/aerial connector on this wall plate features a PAL connection on the front, which is the most common type found on TVs in Australia, so you can simply plug in a regular TV antenna cable between the wall and your TV. The antenna connector on the rear of this plate is the threaded F-Type, which is common for in-wall and in-ceiling antenna cabling.
Network Connection
The network connector on this wall plate allows you to run network (internet) cables through the wall to your internet-enabled "smart" TV or other device. Connecting your Smart TV to the internet allows you to stream multimedia and browse the web right on your TV screen. The connector features an RJ45 (or 8P8C) socket on the front and the back, so you can simply plug your network cable straight in (no soldering!).
Note: some assembly required, but it all just snaps together very easily.
